Overview

Below are important details addressing the issues of Refunds and/or Returns;

* Time Frame for Refunds/Returns

 Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

 * Method of Refund

Once your purchase has been received and examined by our team, we will issue a refund, be it partial or full, through the same payment method & account details which your initial payment was made. We also encourage buyers to keep their purchase receipts as we will require them in cases of refunds. 

* Product Condition

  • For machines that were purchased brand new, we expect to receive the item in the same condition it was purchased. This means the machine should appear to be new without scratches or any other form of destruction. You are still eligible for a full refund even if the machine has been tested.
  • For refurbished machines bought, clients are eligible for a full refund if the machine has not been used. Otherwise the refund shall be partial depending on the condition of the machine when it has been returned. 
  • We offer Partial refunds on machines that are returned within three months of their purchase. The fee for the refund is calculated based on the state of the machine on it’s return.

* Refund Contact Info

To request for a refund, you can either fill the contact form on our contact us page, or email us directly at [email protected] and we will have an agent get back to you in no time in order to assist you with the process. The address to which you will be shipping to will also be communicated to you by our team during this time. 

* Refund Charges

In cases of a refund, clients do not need to pay any restocking fees or other charges, BUT shall be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their item(s). 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, in less than 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]inballs.com and we will attend to you as soon as we can.

NOTE: Sale items

Only regular priced items are eligible for full refunds. Sale items are only eligible for Partial Refunds.

Returns

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary. If you are returning 2 or more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
