- For machines that were purchased brand new, we expect to receive the item in the same condition it was purchased. This means the machine should appear to be new without scratches or any other form of destruction. You are still eligible for a full refund even if the machine has been tested.
- For refurbished machines bought, clients are eligible for a full refund if the machine has not been used. Otherwise the refund shall be partial depending on the condition of the machine when it has been returned.
- We offer Partial refunds on machines that are returned within three months of their purchase. The fee for the refund is calculated based on the state of the machine on it’s return.
